Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver only within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking Details

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  • As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you another email containing the tracking number and courier partner information.

  • You can use these details to track your shipment in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.


Undeliverable / Lost / Damaged Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or courier issues, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

  • For damaged or lost packages, please notify us within 24 hours with details/photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Address
