How should I take PMO products?
Dosages and instructions are clearly mentioned on each product’s label. Please read and follow the instructions provided. For best results, follow the recommended usage consistently and pair it with mindful lifestyle habits.
How soon can I expect results?
Ayurveda works holistically. Some people feel improvement in a few days, while for others it may take 3–4 weeks of consistent use. Results may vary by individual and product. PMO products are designed for sustainable results, not instant fixes.

Do I need to change my diet or lifestyle while using PMO products?

Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. All our products are made using best quality, authentic, organic Ayurvedic herbs, free from harmful chemicals, artificial colors, or unnecessary fillers. We have an unwritten policy in our team that if we do not give it to our own family members, we will not sell it.

Where can I track my order?
You can log in to your PMO account and track your order in 'Track Your Order' section. We will also send you an email with the tracking details once the order is shipped.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
Shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable on orders below ₹500.
What is the estimated time of delivery?
Usually we ship your order within 2 business days. It might take another 2-10 days depending on where you stay in India.
